You must not use your ck4444 Account for any business or commercial purpose. Accounts are for personal entertainment use only. Any evidence of commercial use, resale of winnings, or systematic exploitation of the Platform will result in immediate Account closure.
ck4444 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods as listed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of deposit. The list of accepted payment methods may change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed in the Platform cashier. ck4444 may apply individual deposit limits at its discretion, particularly in connection with responsible gaming tools.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account balance within 30 minutes, you should contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.
All Account balances, Bets, Wagers, and Bonus Funds are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck4444 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any foreign currency transaction attempted through a payment provider will be converted by the payment provider at their prevailing exchange rate, and any resulting conversion fees are borne by the Player.
By depositing funds into your Account, you confirm that the funds are lawfully yours and are not derived from any criminal or otherwise unlawful activity. ck4444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on the source of funds for any deposit or series of deposits that it deems unusual.
Withdrawals of real-money funds from your Account are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.4. ck4444 will not process withdrawals from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
ck4444 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and internal review. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. All processing times are measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ck4444 reserves the right to require withdrawals via an alternative method where the original payment method is unavailable or where anti-money laundering checks require it.
Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money balances that have not yet been wagered at least once are subject to a standard review prior to withdrawal approval.
Important: Attempting to withdraw funds in a manner that circumvents Wagering Requirements, or providing false or misleading information during the withdrawal process, constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
All bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by ck4444 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and any specific terms stated alongside the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific terms prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion details. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in eligible Games before any withdrawal is permitted.
Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered, and verified Account holders only. ck4444 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude individual players from specific promotions. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a Bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that Bet. ck4444 offers markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international matches), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as listed on the Platform.
If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time (BST), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Account balances. Exceptions may apply for specific markets where a result has already been determined prior to the cancellation.
Live betting markets are offered on selected events. ck4444 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Any bets placed during a period of market suspension will be void. Bets placed after the outcome of a specific in-play event has been determined — even if not yet officially confirmed — will be voided at ck4444's discretion.
